1. Agreement to Terms

2. Services
Roussin Capital Group provides business lending services, including loan applications, document collection, and related financial services exclusively for established U.S.-based businesses. Our platform facilitates the application process, document submission, and communication between applicants and our lending team.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age, be authorized to act on behalf of the business applying for financing, and be a U.S.-based business owner or officer with the legal authority to enter into financial agreements.
4. Account Registration
When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
5. Application Submissions
By submitting a loan application through our platform, you represent that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and complete. You acknowledge that providing false or misleading information may result in denial of your application and potential legal consequences. Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval.
6. Electronic Signatures
By using our electronic signature feature, you agree that your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual/handwritten signature and that you intend to be bound by the terms of the documents you sign electronically, consistent with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws.
7. Document Uploads
Documents you upload through our platform (bank statements, tax returns, identification, etc.) are encrypted in transit and at rest using bank-level 256-bit AES encryption. You are responsible for ensuring that documents you upload are accurate and that you have the right to share them with Roussin Capital Group for the purpose of evaluating your application.
8. Fees and Charges
There are no fees to submit an application or use the Roussin Capital Group platform. Any fees associated with a loan product will be clearly disclosed in your loan offer before you sign any agreement. We do not charge application fees, processing fees, or upfront costs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Roussin Capital Group provides this platform and related services on an “as is” basis. While we take commercially reasonable steps to secure your data and provide reliable service, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roussin Capital Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
